Locally made products are always available without long lines and additional costs like shipping. Not to mention, you usually get a well made, original and authentic product.
Patronizing local shops and artisans can benefit you also by extending competitive prices and knowing that you are directly helping our much hurt and deflated economy.
We all know that we all hit the Targets and Walmarts and dept. stores in the mall, but if we make that extra little effort to buy at least some of our products (or produce for that matter) from the locals, EVERYONE benefits.
